Han Chae-young (born Kim Ji-young, 13 September 1980) is a South Korean actress. She majored performing arts in Dongguk University. Critics have praised her work in the television drama, Delightful Girl Choon-Hyang, which is a present-day version of the historical story, Chunhyang. Critics doubted the series would succeed, but it has proved a favourite among young adults. There, Han plays a fun-loving, free-spirited young woman. She is aptly named the "Barbie Doll" of Korea. She is known also for her work in the popular Korean drama Boys Over Flowers as Min Seo Hyun, a model and first love of JiHoo. Han Chae-young is married to Choi Dong-joon.She performed her first live-stage performance in the play "서툰 사람들" as of Dec 2007.Awards: 2005 KBS Drama Awards - Best Couple (She and Jae Hee in Delightful Girl / Sassy Girl Series), 2005 KBS Drama Awards: Popularity Award (Han Chae Yeong), and 2010 Asia Model Awards - Model Star Award.
