It is being rumored that the jewelry store’s surveillance video of the day Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole the necklace will not be helping the actress’ case.As of now, it is being reported that the video shows a friend of Lindsay’s talking to the store clerk and possibly distracting that person while she commits the crime, states RadarOnline.com. Lindsay reportedly puts her necklace back on and never removes the store’s necklace.
This is allegedly known as “distraction theft” and the video is rumored to be a pretty strong piece of evidence against the actress. Now that Lindsay’s team has reportedly received the video, she may be pleading in the case instead of taking her chances with a trial.
